Referral Fee Notes

We pay referral fees based upon the following criteria. Unless specific circumstances warrant otherwise, we pay $125.00 for a referral on a property that is valued at or below $50,000 as determined by us. We will pay $250.00 for all referrals on all properties valued over $50,000 as determined by our company. If the house is in the foreclosure process, the maximum fee paid will be $200.00 regardless of home value.

Once title to the property has been successfully transferred, your referral fee will be paid by check within 5 working days.
